"MAKING MELODIES" VACATION BIBLE SCHOOL  6 p.m. - 8 p.m., Wednesday, June 22- Friday, June 24, 2022

PURPOSE: to bring together children, teenagers, and adults from various backgrounds and communities under one umbrella to express their Christian faith through music, dance and art.

EVENT DETAILS:

All classes will be under tents and groups of participants in same age group will rotate various stations:

Theme music class- led by Mrs. Carolyn Hill (Making Melodies in my Heart)

African Dance class- led by Stephanie and Ida

Arts and Crafts class- led by Marsha and Anslyn Wright

Gospel Hip-pop class- led by Kristiana 

Bible verse class- led by Makayla Hawkins

Wednesday June 22nd- Psalm 95:1-2

Thursday June 23rd- Ephesians 5:19

Friday June 24th- Psalm 150

Saturday June 25th- James 5:13

"MAKING MELODIES" Outdoor Gospel Concert 4 p.m. - 6 p.m., Saturday, June 25, 2022  

The free outdoor concert will showcase local gospel groups and what was learned in the VBS classes, including African dance, gospel hip-hop, and more.
